I have this amazing Pomegranate Balsamic Vinegar from
Fustini’s Oils & Vinegars in Traverse City. I could drink the whole bottle, but I think Matt would be a little suspicious if it all just disappeared. Around Christmastime, I received some Roasted Hazelnut Oil from a gal up at Shanty Creek Resorts. Her husband is a chef and she was able to pick some up for me. The aroma of this stuff is heavenly.
2 Tbsp Pomegranate Balsamic Vinegar
3 Tbsp Roasted Hazelnut Oil
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
Salt & Pepper to taste
